Description of the business

Comptoir Group PLC owns and operates 26 (6 of which are franchised) Lebanese restaurants based predominately in the UK. The flagship brand of the group Comptoir Libanais is a collection of 21 restaurants located across London and nationwide, including key cities such as Manchester, Bath, Birmingham, Oxford and Exeter. The name means Lebanese Counter, as it is a place where everyone can eat casually and enjoy Middle Eastern food, served with warm and friendly hospitality, just like back home. All restaurants are halal friendly to meet the ever-increasing demand of the diverse consumer. The Group also operates Shawa, serving traditional shawarmas through a counter service model in Westfield and Bluewater shopping centers, Yalla-Yalla with branches near Oxford Circus and in Soho, as well as entertainment venue Kenza, located in Devonshire Square, Liverpool Street, London. The group has also expanded internationally and anticipates more openings planned for 2023 and beyond. Comptoir Group PLC also generates franchise revenue by franchising the Comptoir Libanais brand to other restaurant operators.

Comptoir Group PLC was admitted to the AIM market on 21 June 2016.
